Delete Account

You can delete your EverLink VPN account and related data in the app at any time. You do not need to email us.

How to delete (in the app)

1. Open EverLink VPN and go to Me / Settings.
2. Tap Legal → Delete Account, or Delete Account in the account section.
3. Read the notice, enter your current password, and confirm. The account is permanently deleted at once.

What we remove

After you confirm, the account stops immediately. Account data, service status, and related traffic totals are deleted or anonymized, except records the law requires us to keep.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you only want to stop the VPN, disconnect and sign out. You do not need to delete the account.
